How it works

  • Step 1: Fitness Blueprint Call – Schedule a one-on-one call with Mike to dive deep into your goals, learn about your fitness journey, and map out your path forward. During this call, we’ll arrange a time for your complimentary in-person consultation, which includes a quick fitness assessment and goal-setting session.   • Step 2: Ready to Move Forward? – Once you're on board, we’ll plan your preferred in-person sessions and provide all the details to get you set up, including a sign-up link, access to the app, and a questionnaire to further personalize your program.
  • Step 3: Your Program Begins – Within 24 hours after your first in-person training session, your customized workouts will be ready in the app! These workouts are designed based on your assessment, goals, and in-person training progressions. Now, let’s make fitness fun and impactful!
