Western Suburb Personal Training

If you prefer a more personalized touch, I offer one-on-one sessions at I Noah Training or in the comfort of your own home covering Countryside, La Grange, Western Springs, Hinsdale, and Downers Grove on Wednesdays and Fridays.

In Person Rates

For anyone who prefers a completely in-person experience without online training. Flexible packages provide in-depth, one-on-one sessions to refine technique, improve strength, and work toward personal goals. Options include: Single Session: $100 per session 5-Session Package: $475 ($95 per session) 10-Session Package: $900 ($90 per session) 20-Session Package: $1,700 ($85 per session)
